Admin guide
The admin is one interface for the whole business — clients, services, orders, refills, payments and settings. This page covers signing in and the controls that every page shares, so the page-specific guides can stay short.
- Open the admin. Go to
smmpanelz.com/go-admin— you land on the sign-in screen. - Username and password. Your administrator credentials, not a client account.
- Sign in. The panel opens on the dashboard.
- Log out from the account icon in the top-right when you are done on a shared computer.
Never share the admin login. From here you can change client balances, reset passwords and rotate API keys — an admin session is the keys to the business.
Navigation
The top navigation carries everything you use:
| Item | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Daily totals: orders, revenue, new clients, provider balance. |
| Users | The client list — see the Users guide. |
| Services | The catalogue: services, categories, providers and prices. |
| Orders | Every order with its status, provider and progress. |
| Refill | Refill requests waiting on a provider. |
| Cancel | Cancel requests from clients. |
| Drip-feed | Orders split into scheduled deliveries. |
| Payments | Gateways, manual payments and the money clients added. |
| Reports | Revenue and order reports. |
| Tickets | Client support tickets. |
| Updates | Service changes pushed by providers. |
| Child Panel | Sub-panels you hand to resellers. |
| Affiliates | Referral accounts and their commissions. |
| AI Assistant | Built-in assistant for the panel. |
| Appearance | Themes, menus, pages and languages of the client-facing site. |
| Settings | Branding, mail, API keys and the rest of the configuration. |
If the window is not wide enough for every item, the rest move into the ⋮ menu at the end of the row.
Top bar
| Icon | Opens |
|---|---|
| Help | Quick tips, a Report a Bug / Contact form and your own tickets. |
| Notifications | Payments received, completed orders, provider balance warnings, ticket replies. |
| Credits | Your credit balance with the panel — click it to top up. |
| Account | Dark-mode switch, account settings and Logout. |
Controls used everywhere
| Pattern | How it behaves |
|---|---|
| Search + field selector | Choose which column the search matches, type, then submit with the magnifier or Enter. |
| Details dropdown | A per-page summary — on Users it is the account totals. |
| Filter button in a table header | Shows how many filters are on, e.g. Statuses (3). Tick All … to clear it. |
| Actions button on a row | The per-row menu; its entries change with the row's state. |
| Checkboxes + bulk bar | Tick rows and the toolbar turns into a bulk bar with actions for all of them. |
| Dialogs | Close with Cancel or Esc. Nothing is saved until you press Register / Update. |
Work from the ID: sort by ID, note the number, and use it when you talk to support or search later. It never changes, while emails and usernames can.
Dark mode
Account icon (top right) → toggle Dark mode. The setting is remembered per browser, so you can keep the admin dark while your clients see the light theme.
Reporting a problem
Help icon → Report a Bug / Contact opens a form with a subject and a details field. Describe what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, and always include the client ID or order ID when the problem is about a specific record — that is the fastest way to get it fixed.
