SP SMMPanelz Docs

Users

The Users page is the client list of the panel — every account that can order, hold balance or call the API. This guide walks through the whole page on the live admin (smmpanelz.com/go-admin/clients): the toolbar, the columns, how to add a client, how email confirmation works, and every action behind a row.

Reading the screenshots. Blue boxes mark a data value you should look at, blue numbered badges mark the thing you click, and grey patches mean client data has been blurred for privacy. Layout and controls are exactly as they appear in your admin; only the client values are hidden.

Page anatomy

Three bands: the toolbar (create + search), the table with its status filter, and the row itself — every client action hangs off the Actions button at the end of the row.

Details & totals

The Details button in the toolbar shows the numbers that matter without opening a report.

Details dropdown open showing Total Users, Email Verified, Available Balance, Spent Balance, Negative Balance and Zero Balance
The Details panel (1). One click, six numbers about the whole client base.
NumberWhat it tells you
Total UsersHow many client accounts exist.
Email VerifiedHow many of them actually confirmed their address — usually a small slice, so treat it as a to-do list.
Available BalanceMoney sitting in client wallets. This is the money you owe in services.
Spent BalanceWhat clients have ordered for in total.
Negative BalanceClients who owe you — usually caused by a refund or a manual correction.
Zero BalanceClients with nothing to spend; the biggest group in a young panel.
Search box with the field selector and the Statuses filter open, listing Active, Suspended, Unconfirmed, Malicious and All Statuses
Left: the search block (3) — type, pick the field (4), then hit the magnifier (5). Right: the Statuses filter (6) with a count per status.
  1. Pick the field. ID for an exact hit, Email or Username when the client wrote to support, Phone, Skype or WhatsApp when you only have their contact handle.
  2. Type and submit. The magnifier button or Enter runs it.
  3. Filter by status. Open Statuses and tick a state. The counts next to each entry tell you the size of the problem before you click — for example Unconfirmed (276).
  4. Reset. Tick All Statuses to go back to the full list. The number in the header (Statuses (3)) is how many filters are active.

An active status filter is the usual reason a client "disappears". Before you look for a missing account, check the Statuses button — if it shows a number in brackets, the list is filtered.

Add a user

Use this when a client paid you outside the panel, when you are migrating from another platform, or when a reseller asks you to set an account up.

  1. Click Add user in the top-left of the toolbar.
  2. Email. Required. This is the login and where every panel mail goes — a typo here means the client never receives anything.
  3. Username. Required. The name the client types at login.
  4. Password. Required. Set one and hand it over, or let the client change it later.
  5. Debt Status. Leave it off for a normal client. It marks the account as owing money, which blocks new orders until it is cleared.
  6. Email Verified. Switch it on if you already know the address is good — the account then counts as confirmed from the start.
  7. Register. The client appears at the top of the list with the highest ID.

The New User dialog. Five inputs, then Register (6). Nothing is created until you press it.
FieldRequiredWhat to put
Email *YesA working address. Confirmation and password-reset mails go here.
Username *YesUnique login name, no spaces.
Password *YesGive it to the client over a channel you trust; they can change it in their own dashboard.
Debt StatusNoOff for normal clients. On = the account is flagged as owing money.
Email VerifiedNoOn = skip the confirmation mail and mark the address confirmed immediately.

Email verification

The Email column carries the state of every address, so you never have to open a client to see it. Hover the icon and the panel tells you what it means.

Two email cells: one with an unconfirmed email icon and one with a confirmed email icon, emails blurred
The two states. Emails blurred — the icon is the part that matters.

IconTooltipMeaning
Confirmed emailThe client clicked the link in the confirmation mail.
Unconfirmed emailSigned up, never confirmed. The account can still be Active.
Signed up with GoogleVerified by Google — no confirmation mail needed.

Account status and email confirmation are two different things. A client can be Active — ordering, spending, using the API — with an unconfirmed email. Do not suspend an account just because the email icon is unconfirmed; check the Statuses column first.

How to confirm a client's email

  1. Filter the list. Statuses → Unconfirmed to see the accounts waiting on this (or scan the Email column for the unconfirmed icon).
  2. Open the client. Row ActionsEdit user.
  3. Switch Email Verified on and press Update. The account is confirmed immediately — useful when the mail never arrives.
  4. Or fix the address. If the address itself is wrong, correct the Email field in the same dialog and then confirm it.

Edit a user

Row ActionsEdit user. The dialog holds the account's identity and its two flags — and it also shows the client's username in the title so you know you are editing the right account.

Edit User dialog with the Email, Debt Status and Email Verified fields boxed and the Update button highlighted
Edit user. The title is redacted here because it contains the client's username. Change what you need, then press Update (1).
FieldWhat it changes
EmailThe login and contact address. Changing it does not touch existing orders.
Debt StatusFlags the account as owing money, or clears the flag.
Email VerifiedConfirms (or un-confirms) the address without any mail.

Nothing is saved until you press Update. Closing the dialog with Cancel or Esc discards your edits.

Set a password

Use this when a client is locked out and the reset mail is not arriving — or when you want to end every session of an account that looks compromised.

  1. Row Actions → Set password.
  2. Type the new password in the New Password field.
  3. Update. Hand the password to the client over a channel you trust.

Row actions

Every per-client operation lives behind the Actions button at the end of the row. The list is the same for everyone, and a few entries matter more than the rest.

Row Actions menu open showing Edit user, Set password, Login as user, Last login IP, Copy rates, Suspend user, Change API Key and Remove Discounts
The Actions menu (1). Eight entries, each one a single click.
ActionWhen you use it
Edit userChange the email, the debt flag or the email-confirmed state.
Set passwordClient locked out, or you want to force a re-login.
Login as userOpen the client's own dashboard to reproduce exactly what they see. Use it for support, not for changes you can make from here.
Last login IPWhere the last session came from — the first thing to check on an account-abuse report.
Copy ratesCopy another client's custom rates onto this one. The fast way to set up a group of resellers.
Suspend userBlocks ordering and API access without deleting anything. The right answer to a chargeback or abuse.
Change API KeyRotate the client's API key when it leaked or the client asks for it.
Remove DiscountsTake the client back to standard pricing in one click.

The menu adapts to the client. For a suspended account the suspend entry is the way back in; the same menu serves both states, so read it before you click.

Example: a client with an unconfirmed email

Actions menu open on a row whose email is unconfirmed, with the unconfirmed icon visible in the email column
Same menu, unconfirmed client. Note the unconfirmed icon in the Email column of that row — confirming it is done from Edit user, not from this menu.

Bulk actions

Tick the checkboxes on the left of several rows — or the header checkbox to take the whole page — and a bulk bar replaces the toolbar.

Bulk actionEffect
ActivateSets every selected client to Active.
SuspendBlocks every selected client at once — the answer to a wave of fake signups.
Clear SelectionUnticks everything and brings the normal toolbar back.

Bulk actions hit every selected row, including rows on the current page you did not scroll to. Check the counter in the bulk bar before you confirm.

On a phone

The admin works on a phone: the navigation collapses behind the hamburger and the table scrolls sideways inside its own container, so the page itself never breaks.

Phone view. The hamburger (1) opens the menu; swipe the table sideways to reach the Actions column.

On a narrow screen prefer search by ID over scrolling: it jumps straight to the client without any horizontal swiping.

Troubleshooting

A client is missing from the list

  1. Check Statuses — an active filter is the most common cause.
  2. Search by ID if you have it, otherwise switch the field selector to Email or Username.
  3. Remember the list is paginated: the newest clients are on page 1, sorted by ID descending.

The client cannot log in

  1. Look at the Statuses column: a Suspended account is refused at login.
  2. Otherwise use Set password and hand over the new one.
  3. Still failing? Check the address in Edit user — a typo in the domain is the usual reason a reset mail never arrives.

The confirmation mail never arrives

  1. Ask the client to check spam and the promotions tab.
  2. Verify the address is correct in Edit user.
  3. In a hurry, switch Email Verified on and press Update — the account is confirmed without any mail.

Balance looks wrong

  1. Check the Details panel for the totals — Negative Balance and Zero Balance tell you whether the problem is one client or a pattern.
  2. For a single client, use Edit user and correct the account state, or credit them through the Payments side of the panel so the transaction is recorded.

Too many fake signups

  1. Open Statuses and look at the Unconfirmed count — fake accounts rarely confirm.
  2. Search the list, tick the offenders and use bulk Suspend; suspension is reversible, so it is the safe first move.
